A long time ago in China there was a rich mandarin. He had a beautiful daughter. Her name was Koong-se. She was in love with Chang.
The mandarin wanted Koong-se to marry a rich duke. Then the rich and powerful mandarin built a fence around the palace. On the day of the wedding all the servants got drunk then Chang dressed up as a servant. He went and got Koong-se. Right at the last moment the powerful mandarin saw them escape. The mandarin got his whip and chased them. Then Koong-se and Chang went in a boat and went to an island.
One day the duke went and burnt down the house. When Koong-se and Chang were dead the powerful gods turned them into a pair of doves.
